Refund policy
At Zero Dayz Off, we don’t take days off and neither does our commitment to quality.
Every item is made to order just for you. That means your gear is created when you place your
order, not sitting on a shelf collecting dust. Because of this, we can’t accept standard returns
or exchanges but if we mess up, we make it right. Period.
If Something Isn’t Right
We will replace or refund your item if:
    •    It arrives damaged
    •    There’s a printing or manufacturing defect
    •    You received the wrong item
If it’s on us, we fix it. No excuses.
What We Can’t Cover
Since each piece is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for:
    •    Ordering the wrong size
    •    Changing your mind
    •    Entering the wrong shipping address
    •    Minor color differences due to screen settings
We strongly encourage checking the size chart before ordering. Gear up smart.
How to Report an Issue
If there’s a problem, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Email: orders@zerodayzoff.com
Include:
    •    Your order number
    •    Clear photos of the item
    •    A photo of the packaging
Once we review it, we’ll take care of you.
Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved:
    •    We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost
OR
    •    Issue a refund to your original payment method
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. After that,
production starts and your piece is already in motion.
