All of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. This allows us to
create each piece specifically for you — no overstock, no waste, no shortcuts.

Order Processing (Production Time)
Because every item is custom printed:
    •    Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
    •    During high-volume periods, production may take up to 7 business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has
been fulfilled.

Shipping Time Estimates
After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:
    •    United States: 3–7 business days
    •    Canada: 5–10 business days
    •    International: 10–21 business days
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs
processing, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight.
We may offer promotional free shipping from time to time.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
    •    The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Zero Dayz Off is not responsible for lost packages due to address errors entered by the
customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
    1.    Check with household members or neighbors
    2.    Contact your local carrier
    3.    Reach out to us if you still need assistance
We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may
apply.
These fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are not controlled by Zero Dayz
Off.
